  • We provide individual, group, and couples psychotherapy services for adults, adolescents, and children residing in New York State. We also have limited availability for individuals residing in states involved in the interstate psychological services compact known as PSYPACT. You can learn more about PSYPACT and see if your state participates here.

  • We treat a variety of problems, including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Panic Disorder, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Agoraphobia, personality disorders, stress management, phobias, addictive disorders, hypochondriasis, and difficulties related to eating and healthful habits.   • We do not accept insurance payments directly. However, many of our clients have submitted requests for our of network reimbursement through their insurance plan. Your insurance provider can give you more information about their coverage of out of network providers. If your insurance plan gives you the option of out-of-network (OON) benefits, we will will be happy to provide you with a form called a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement of their covered amount.

  • In order to serve a range of clients, we offer a range of providers with different levels of experience and fees. Our team currently has one extern, two post-doctoral residents, two senior licensed clinicians, and two directors. You can learn more about each member of our team here.
